Stage 0
0 stage install

Fibre and an Optical Network Termination Unit (ONT) already exist at your premises.

1–3 working days
Stage 1
1 stage install

The fibre optic cable and infrastructure are nearby, but the cable and ONT still need installing.

9–18 working days
Stage 2
2 stage install

Fibre infrastructure is not currently near your premises. A site survey checks how fibre can be delivered.

20–90 working days
