Privacy statement.
Straight forward, no jargon: what we collect, why, and how you stay in control. This statement covers fullfibrebroadband.com and our customer portal. Last updated 17 August 2026.
fullfibrebroadband.com is a trading name of Stream Networks Ltd, company number 06229310, registered in England and Wales at Unit 8 Kingfisher Court, Hambridge Road, Newbury, RG14 5SJ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this statement.
Only what we need to serve and support you.
Name, business name, postal and site address, phone number, email address.
Postcode and availability checks, service orders, payment and billing records.
IP address, router and connection diagnostics, network usage needed to run and fix your service.
Call recordings, emails and tickets when you contact our support team.
Our legal basis for processing.
We process your data to deliver a contract with you (setting up and running your connectivity), to meet legal obligations (billing, tax, telecoms regulation), and where it’s in our legitimate interests to keep our network secure and improve our service. Where we ask, for example for marketing emails, we rely on your consent — and you can withdraw it any time.
We don’t sell your data.
We share data only where needed: with Openreach and other network operators to provision and fault-fix your line, with payment and IT providers who run our billing and support systems under contract, and with regulators or law enforcement where we’re legally required to. Any third party handling your data on our behalf is bound by a data processing agreement.
Essential cookies, and nothing sneaky.
Our website uses essential cookies to keep it working, and analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Retention.
We keep account and billing records for as long as you’re a customer and for 6 years afterwards to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Support and technical records are kept for as long as needed to resolve and audit service issues, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- See the data we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your data, where we don’t need to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Move it to another provider (data portability)
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
To use any of these rights, email hello@fullfibrebroadband.com or call 01635 884170. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security and changes.
We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to keep your data secure. We don’t transfer your data outside the UK.
We may update this statement from time to time. We’ll post the change here with a new date at the top.
